Return and Exchange policy
Our clothes are made with the utmost care and love to perfectly dress you.
We have made every effort to display the colours and details of our products that appear on our page as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors differ, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor/smart phone/iPad will be completely accurate.
We do not offer refunds on any goods once they have been sold because all of our garments and accessories are made-to-measure/order.
However, if there is a genuine quality defect on a custom order (not from the sale section), sold goods may be exchanged for store credit at our sole discretion if they meet our terms and conditions.
Our return/exchange policy is subject to the following conditions:
Items must be returned unused and with all tags intact. Damaged or soiled returns may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Belts and any packaging, such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, should be included with your return if provided.
If goods arrive damaged, they are considered faulty. Items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
We will offer to repair faulty items whenever possible.
All custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.
After receiving your return and verifying the defect/damage, you will be issued a store credit for the same amount.
All you need to do is inform us of the Defect/Damage within 7 working days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at thebombbaewardrobe@gmail.com with the following details:

Once the email has been sent to us and acknowledged by our Customer Care, you may return the product to the address listed on your invoice within 7 working days of receipt and share the courier service details and tracking number with us. We are not liable for any product damage that occurs during transit from your end.
Please keep in mind that the Store Credit that has been issued to you can only be used to purchase another product of the same or higher value. The store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued. To express our gratitude for your patience and trust, the new product will be returned to you free of charge!
Please keep in mind that once purchased, all Sale items are NON-EXCHANGEABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE!
