Q - Can I replace my order for a different size because I believe the sizing was incorrect?

A - We'll gladly send you the correct size and facilitate an exchange! Otherwise, we only replace things if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. Before shipping your item to us: to exchange it for the same item in a different size, shoot us an email at thebombbaewardrobe@gmail.com

Q - Is it possible to return or exchange a sale item?

A - Unfortunately, no exchanges or refunds are available for items purchased during a sale or at a reduced price. We will not be able to complete a refund if you send them back to us for a return. Please contact our customer care before placing your order if you have any queries about sizing, fit, or fabric.

Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A - Due to the current circumstances of covid-19, deliveries may be slightly delayed depending on the local delivery network in your region. We hope that you lend your patience to the logistic teams no matter where they are, who are supplying us with our daily essentials and keeping goods flow through our communities. All standard orders will be shipped in 3 to 8 weeks of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item arrives.
